In the unlikely event an exchange is requested, please review the below criteria. 

Creative Ware Boutique does not accept at-will returns. However, we will accept exchanges for improper fit or obvious product flaws on a case-by-case review. Exchanged items must meet the following standards and conditions: 

• Merchandise tags must not be removed from the item, including production tags and Creative Ware Boutique identifiers. 
• There can not be any signs of wear, tears, odor (specifically smoke or pet odors), stains, or laundering of the item if applicable.
• If Creative Ware Boutique accepts the return, the exchange form must be filled out completely and returned with the item, and all original item packaging as the consumer received it.
• Creative Ware Boutique has the right to refuse any exchange if there are any signs of wear, tear, odor ( specifically smoke or pet odors), or stains.
• Some of these requirements may not apply and are intended as general rules and guidelines. As always, feel comfortable reaching out to Creative Ware Boutique for any questions or clarifications. 

All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
